What is Chris Brown trying to prove?
That he’s a “bad boy” or something? I’ve noticed that he’s gotten all tattooed up. Kimmel called it the “prison tattooed look”, and I guess that’s probably how a lot of people see it. But then what’s up with the blonde dyed hair? The two just don’t go together (hard tats and blonde hair lol). But geez, him breaking the window at the ABC studio, didn’t help his already badly perceived image, it can only help to make things worse for him. It’s like he’s trying to prove that he’s no longer the squeaky clean ‘Disney’ type image anymore. But he didn’t have to go to that extreme. And maybe he doesn’t know this, but every interviewer at some point, is going to bring up what he did to Rhianna. It’s just the way it is.

Even though I’m a fan of his, I feel like he’s trying to gain attention and popularity from controversy. Hype was built up around the album already, so I don’t know why he thinks he has to go the extra mile for attention. I can understand him getting sick of being asked about the Rihanna incident while he’s trying to redeem his reputation but doing some of the things that he’s doing, doesn’t help his reputation at all. He needs to lay low and stick to the music while trying to keep his personal life out of the spotlight as much as possible.
