Who are more popular singers or actors? I reckon singers because they have Elvis, Michael Jackson, Madonna and The Beatles. Clarke Gable is one of the greatest actors ever lived but no one in my country knows him. My entire family knows who MJ is but have no idea who george clooney, angelina jolie, brad pitt or tom cruise even is and they’re from japan.

Also, singers get billions of views on youtube and achieve over 40 million fans on facebook and twitter individually eg. lady gaga and justin bieber; they don’t have popularity on youtube either. no actor has ever surpassed a few million youtube views. I hear music on radio, in my car, in the shopping mall, in the cinema, on tv and all over youtube; but as for movies I only see them in either theatres or DVD.

actors have only reached 2 million on facebook, no twitter fans.
