I need help with a Lady Gaga meat dress?

There is a costume contest this weekend to win Lady Gaga tickets. My friend insists on doing the meat dress and I told her I would help her out. She already bought the meat I believe it is steak? Any tips?

Get a plastic rain coat, try to get one that is long, at least to your knees. Get super glue and start gluing the meat on the rain coat. Hopefully the rain coat comes with a plastic rain hat or hood. Remember to glue some meat on that too! It might take a while for the super glue to make the meat stick, you’ll have to use a lot of super glue. The meat needs to be kind of dry and not wet before you start gluing it.
