Is it illegal to make replicas of Lady Gaga props?
My friend and I want to make lady gaga props and later on sell them because they seem fun to make, and could earn us a lot of money, but we want to make sure it is not illegal to make replicas of the props, please let us know! also let us know what you would like us to make and we will try to make it!
It probably depends upon whether the prop was copyrightable in the first place. Since you do not bother to tell us any specifics, any answer other than “I do not know” will be worthless.
