Artistic people! How can i make a telephone hat?

Well basicly im going to a Lady Gaga Concert soon, and i really want to make a hat like this one [IMG]http://i802.photobucket.com/albums/yy304/iloveyougaga/telephone.jpg[/IMG] but i have no idea how to, someone please help me. Thank you

Well that’s pretty damn funky… *about the hat* Well, i would say get a baseball cap and cut off the bill. (that or just buy a beanie) and then make the telephone our of cardboard so it’s not too heavy. then glue your cardboard phone to the hat/beanie. ok if those black balls are part of the hat, i’d buy some black balloons (go to a party store and look in the ‘over-the-hill’ section, they should have black balloons) and just tape them together or use string. I’ve never seen the hat so i’m going off what the picture looks like. hope that helped a little bit! ~:
