I’m planning to go as GaGa in the American flag costume in the Telephone video for a Halloween party on the 3rd oct and I need to get an outfit really quickly without spending too much! I’m thinking of making something out of an American flag but I really need to know where I can get a long yellow wig for relatively cheap (£20-£30) in time for the 3rd? I’m from the uk btw.
